Stitched Together by Generosity: A Grant to Support Our Community Youth

We have some exciting news to share! Our Community Support Sewing Project has received a generous grant from the Resource for Youth – Patricia J. Hames Award, an incredible program funded by the Canadian Home Economics Foundation.
This support is more than just a donation; it's a vote of confidence in our mission to empower the next generation. This grant will provide essential sewing materials and hands-on learning opportunities for our students. We believe that learning to sew is about more than just creating something beautiful—it's about building life skills, confidence, and strong community connections, one stitch at a time.
A huge, heartfelt THANK YOU to the Canadian Home Economics Foundation. Your belief in our project and your commitment to youth development are truly making a difference. Your generosity is helping us provide a creative, supportive space where our students can thrive.
